REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

THE NATIONAL TRUST CENTER REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY


All cancellations must be received no later than 30 calendar days before the class or training, or event start date to receive a refund. All refunds are subject to a 10% cancellation processing fee. Cancellations received after the 30 day threshold will receive no refund. If the registrant wishes to transfer to a later class/event this can be done through the website at no additional fee. Moving to the later class requires the registrant to confirm that they possess the prerequisites (as specified) for that class, and furthermore that will be permitted to transfer the registration to another event provided that he/she meets the requirements of the class or the program. Each potential transferee would need to submit an application and a letter would need to accompany the submission. If a transfer of the registration is not made to another event within 3 business days after the cancellation date, no transfer will be accepted. Any additional fees for the difference in registration rates may apply and the attendee is still responsible for all required equipment for the class.


Transfers to another event will be honored up to 5 days prior to the event with all the requisite paper work submitted. Requests to transfer payment to another event must be submitted electronically and acknowledged. Any additional fees for the difference between event registration rates apply.
